MY KIDPAK Portraits (dba  Borderline Media LLC) does not collect any personal information from schools, parents and students. My KidPak does not host any images in any online gallery, we do not sell online images, we do not collect any payment information online. My Kidpak is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information in case we collect any . We do not share or sell any personal information of parents or students to third parties. Our pledge is to safeguard student and parent privacy in the collection, maintenance, and use of personal information.

Information we collect while users are visiting our website:

Information provided by  Schools for use during picture day to identify students and staff:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Student ID (if applicable)
• Grade (if applicable)
• Homeroom (if applicable)
• First Period Class (if applicable)

Personally Identifiable Information provided Voluntarily if neccesary:

• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to provide photography services to schools and school sports programs. Specifically, we use this data to:

• Identify students and athletes for photography purposes.
• Deliver photographs to schools for easy distribution.
• Provide PSPA-format files to schools and districts for use  in School's parent portals (Sinergy) and yearbooks.
• Deliver photographs to parents.
• Communicate with parents and students regarding school photography.

We will not collect, maintain, use, or share Personal information beyond what is necessary for authorized educational purposes, unless explicitly authorized by a parent or student. We do not engage in behaviorally targeted advertising.

All data collection is conducted as part of our contractual services with a school or school district. In such cases, the terms of our agreement govern the collection, use, and sharing of data, overriding any individual consent.

Data/Image Security: We do not  use online servers for hosting students data and images.

All data we collect and student images we create are securely stored on encrypted local drives and servers that we control, which require multi-factor authentication, and administrative activity is logged and monitored. Our internal systems and all programs used in our services are encrypted and protected against unauthorized access. Access to systems is role-based and governed by the principle of least privilege. Multi-factor authentication is required for remote access, and activity is logged and monitored. All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256).

Student images and associated data are stored using secure, encrypted computer drivers.

My Kidpak operates in compliance with FERPA guidelines governing the handling of educational records.

Data/Image Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information to nobody and third parties. The information we collect is used exclusively for our internal operations related to school and youth league photography services.

Data Retention

We only retain basic student and staff information for two school year or as long as necessary to create data exports for picture day related services and/or school services required. We retain such information as student and athlete names and associated photographs, for the duration of our contractual agreement with the school or school district. Once our contract concludes, we securely dispose of all data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Service Limitations

We provide services only to customers for whom we have valid, authorized data. We do not share or provide services to unauthorized parties.
