Please include all the information in your e-mail:  

School Name,  student name, grade, teacher, parents name, your e-mail, your phone number to contact you, the picture program: Fall, Spring or Graduation 

    and the details of your request: package issue, payment issue, delivery, missing items, digital image.

Remakes and corrections are completed within approximately 5 working days.

If you ordered a personalized item with the student’s name and the error was made by our company, we will correct and reprint the item at no additional charge.

 If the wrong information was submitted on the order form by the client, there will be a charge for the correction, reprint, and shipping/handling fees

 REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your portrait package.

To qualify for a refund, the complete portrait package must be returned to the school in its original condition, uncut, unfolded, and with no missing pictures or items.

Refunds are issued by company check approximately 10 business days after the request is approved. This processing time allows for accounting verification and tax adjustments.

Please note:

• Refunds or claims cannot be processed if any pictures or items are missing from the returned package. 
• No claims, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Nombre de la escuela, nombre del estudiante, grado, maestro (a), nombre de los padres o tutor, su correo electronico e-mail, su numero de telefono para llamar para mas informacion, el programa o temporada de fotos: 

Inicio de escuela - Fall - Primavera o Graduacion - anuario escolar

Incluya los detalles de su asunto: paquete de fotos, pagos, entrega, faltante, envio de foto digital por e-mail.

Las correcciones y reimpresiones se completan aproximadamente en 5 días hábiles.

Si usted ordenó un artículo personalizado con el nombre del estudiante y hay un error en el nombre, corregiremos y reimprimiremos el artículo sin costo adicional.

Si el cliente proporcionó y anoto la información incorrecta del nombre en la forma para ordenar, se aplicará un cargo por la corrección, la reimpresión y los gastos de envío y manejo.

Las solicitudes de reembolso deben presentarse dentro de los 5 días posteriores 

de recibir su paquete de retratos.

Para calificar para un reembolso, el paquete completo debe devolverse a la escuela en su condición original, sin cortar, sin doblar y sin fotografías o artículos faltantes.

Los reembolsos se emitirán mediante cheque de la compañía aproximadamente 10 días hábiles después de que la solicitud sea aprobada.

 Este tiempo de procesamiento es necesario para la verificación contable y ajustes fiscales.

Por favor tome en cuenta lo siguiente:

• No se podrán procesar reembolsos o reclamaciones si faltan fotografías o artículos en el paquete devuelto. 
• No se aceptarán reclamaciones, reembolsos o cambios después de 30 días de la fecha de entrega.
